The Center – a popular study object

The Center for the History of Science has recently received a number of study visits.

It has been a group from the Swedish National Historical Museums who were interested in our digital work. Another visit was made by the Centre for Business History, which was particularly interested in how we work with the Academy’s Nobel archives, as they themselves had recently organized and registered the Nobel Foundation’s archive. A third study visit of a more general nature was made by a group from the Gothenburg University Library who wanted to see how we work and what kind of collections we have. Added to this are recurring study visits by students from Stockholm University. All these study visits, we would like to think, indicate that we manage very interesting and important collections, as well as that our work with these collections is of interest, something we are happy about.
